Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all sales made on PowerUp Softwares are generally final.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or a license key has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product file is technically defective and cannot be accessed.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from its description.
  • A duplicate payment has been made in error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at support@powerupsoftwares.com, along with valid purchase details.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Compatibility issues due to unsupported systems
  • User misunderstanding of product features

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

PowerUp Softwares reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
